sourcing quality accomodation for the RyderCup 2010 and

A: A golf tournament in which every two years the top
American and European golfers meet at venues alternating between the two continents 11 - Q: Where is Ryder Cup 2010 taking place?
A: The Ryder Cup will take place at the Celtic Manor Resort
in Newport, South Wales

potential. But this is not an exact science, so it is at the discretion of the homeowner

A : We are currently compiling a list of properties that
will fit our clients high expectations. Our clients will
come from the United States and cities from throughout

If an agreement is reached between the homeowner and the
golf visitor, we will facilitate the relationship.

A: We will certainly endeavor to find a match for your
property over the coming years, but we cannot make any
guarantees

house?
A: A short term rental agreement will ideally be used.
20 - Q: What about Tax & Insurance?
A: Well, there is a tax implication.
You must declare your earnings to the Inland Revenue. Also,
we would strongly advise you upgrade your insurance to
cover paying guests and public liability cover. Contact
your insurance company for exact advice and pricing
